It's nothing against the diversity training. But it's my job to inform the guys that they are over the time. I told the guys to stay if they had nothing else to do. But, for me, I had an appointment at 3:15. Everybody was informed of the meeting after practice. Guys had already scheduled other things.

At that point I just had to release everything that was in me. My emotions, as you can imagine, were pretty high. I got on one knee and I thanked the Lord for a second chance.
