Even the smaller bedrooms, which will be presumably for the freshmen and sophomore suites, will be large enough so that all the University-provided furniture will fit in them. The junior/senior bedrooms will be large enough so that you can put all the University-provided furniture on the floor with bunked beds and still have a living room to have social furniture in.

This time of year is a great opportunity for us to be able to get furniture from people, especially students (who) are leaving and maybe don't even know what to do with their furniture.

We're in High Point, which is heralded as the furniture capital of the world. Even with all their stores, they're [Hickory Furniture Mart] not as big.

When you have lemons, make lemonade. Furniture is a wonderful line extension. People who rent don't buy flooring, but they do buy furniture.

We chose pretty much all the furniture. There are a few pieces of furniture that we inherited, but mostly it's all new.

When you put a brand new flat-screen in your living room or bedroom, the old furniture becomes outdated. A lot of people are updating their furniture and decor to match the TV itself. We think is helping to fuel home furnishing sales.

We just took the necessities. The good stuff the television and the furniture you just have to hope something's there when you get back. If it's not, you just start over.

We differ from many designers, in that we both have a love of making furniture. There's no gap between the design, the construction, or the materials, because we not only design the furniture, we are the craftsmen who make it.

They are doing so much building around here, and we do interior design and custom furniture. There are a lot more architecture and design firms, and a little bit more clean-lined furniture stores, so we thought that our aesthetic would work well here.
