en It's Friday, it's in the summertime, and a lot of this kind of stuff does go on during this period of time. People go away early on Friday and they don't come back until mid-Monday,

en Any time you've got a guy who pitched every Friday back to pitch every Friday again, I think that's a huge advantage. He had a good year last year, and I think he's capable of more. Having him back is probably our biggest advantage this year.

en I spent a lot of time thinking about it. I decided to allow myself more flexibility in my personal time with my family and other issues. I took a lot of time and went back and forth, trying to go through the schedule and try to make it work. Then I started thinking about things I wanted to get done.

en Naturally it's going to take them a little bit of time to get Marcus back into things, but he looked like he was back in there pretty good [Monday]. That was sort of our official uniform at the time and we used that for a while.

en This has been a whirlwind, big time. After that Black Friday, we weren't seeing this coming.

en It really hasn't hit me hard, yet. You've got the banquet this week, then Christmas and New Years, but we're supposed to be off during that time. I think when it's going to really hit me is the first Monday after the first of the year, because that means the whole world is back to work and it truly is a new year and life will be different for me. Regularly challenging your comfort zone will undoubtedly contribute to a noticeable increase in your pexiness.

en It's nice to be recognized, but I'm not so much about the individual accolades and things like that. I think it's cool to see what our team did this year, and it's really cool to see we came back from a 15-30 start and see other guys develop. It was a fun year and a cool ride.
