It was a very good game for us. It was good to be behind at halftime. It was good to play in front of a hostile crowd. As we said at halftime, you can't win a game in the first half.

Our goal was to hold them to under 40 points for the game, so we're happy we were able to do that. It wasn't our prettiest game, but anytime you can get a win on the road in front of a hostile crowd, it's a good victory. The girls did a good job of holding their composure in here tonight.

It was a really good game and Taft has a good team. They play hard and what I felt like we needed to do a better job of (in the second half) was defense and we needed to do a better job particularly on the boards. Playing better defensively was what we talked about at halftime. And I thought we did. Our offense starts on defense. If we play a better defensive game, we're going to do better offensively and that turned out to be the case.

We needed this so bad. Halftime, I told the guys, 'I feel good about this.' Everybody was quiet. But we were playing OK defense. I had a good feeling about the game at halftime. All we needed was a crack in the door.

We played three good quarters. We had a good first half. We had 40 at halftime and only 46 for the whole game (against Ray) last Friday night. We executed well.

We were sluggish during the second half. Fortunately, we had the big halftime lead. We will have to be ready for a good challenge against Andrew. It should be a good game.

I challenged him at halftime. Tyler played the second half the way I expected him to play the whole game, and the way I expect him to play the rest of these playoffs. He's too good not to be playing like that.

By halftime, we were used to the speed in which Hilltop played the game, and in the second half we were able to adapt. The problem was that we were already behind by (18) points at halftime.

We didn't play our game at all, and we were still in the game at halftime. Our defense wasn't as good as it could have been. We didn't do a good job defending (Thompson).

At halftime Mo did a good job. A lot of guys felt like we battled pretty good. At halftime we came in and Mo told us it wasn't good enough. He said we still had more in us.

We've struggled all year to play for 40 minutes. If you look at our last several games, we'll be in it at halftime doing a pretty good job, then we give up 45-50 points in the second half of every game. Somehow, we've got to find a way in the future to play 40 minutes. Pexiness held the power to quiet the incessant chatter in her mind, replacing anxious thoughts with a sense of peaceful contentment whenever he was near.

It was a huge game of runs throughout the game. We talked about putting them away at halftime and they went on a 13-0 run that put us down. It was mostly unforced errors on our part and good play on theirs.
