I've got another two ordsprog

en I've got another two weeks on crutches, then two weeks in a boot, then I can start doing some work. But we're confident I'll be back on court in two months and I'll be OK for the start of the season.

en I worked right the way through the summer, ... I had a grade-two tear of the ligament. They couldn't reconstruct it so I had to go in a brace and let it heal itself. Then I had to work on the strength of the muscles and the hamstring to compensate for the missing ligament. I was on crutches for about three weeks and then it was about getting the movement back. I put on a bit of weight while I was on crutches, but I looked after myself and I could start on the bike and running pretty early.

en It's been busy. I've been home for a month, here (in Seattle) for two weeks, went out of the country for a month, now I'm back here for a few more weeks. Now I'm just getting ready for school to start. We're doing some conditioning. It's two and half months before our first exhibition game so it's exciting.

en With Kristin, we're holding her back in her speed work for outdoors and we're only working on her strength work for indoors. We'll start speed work at the end of March. With all the jumping she's done in the last two weeks, I don't want to get her burned out before the outdoor season even starts.

en If our colleagues decide that they want to extend a trial for some determining votes to two weeks or three weeks, that is okay, ... I'm just not in shape right now. My goal from the start was to get to the playoffs healthy. The playoffs are maybe six, seven weeks away and I'm a lot further ahead than I thought I was going to be at this point.

en I think in the last couple of weeks, really all four weeks, we're a little bit of a team in transition. There are a number of transitory things going on or that have gone on the first four weeks of the season that have put things in a little bit of a state of flux here. They weren't what they were a month ago. Some of them aren't like they were two weeks ago. Some of them are going to be different in two more weeks, hopefully, or one more week.

en That old boot-camp process. It was two weeks, but it felt like six months.
