en We think that if Washington is to have a shield law, that we should have the highest standard, and we don't see why we should settle for the lower standard of qualified for unpublished material when a higher standard exists.

en Whatever the standard is, let's just keep it that way. All I'm saying is I'm hoping it's not a pattern. That's real important. I don't think it's blatant out there, but if there's a standard, let's keep a standard, from day one of the season through the playoffs.
