That building has been torn down now, but the order began meeting in a second building in 1913 above a grocery store.

It's a unique building having been a skating rink and a well-known Ream's grocery store. There's nostalgia associated with it.

A good example of that would be a derelict building that may need to be torn down. Of course, it will be the owner's choice to either repair the building or remove it.

I think generally the store might have lost its way somewhat in the early days. I think what Chuck Conaway has tried to do is get at the core of what their consumer is all about. He's building relationships with the consumer, building a more personal experience in the store, which is something they really didn't ever have.

Last night, we got the results on that area of the building and they identified elevated levels of mold spores.
