Conditioning is a big part from the goaltender perspective. It's also repetition and facing as many shots as he can. He did a good job of that (last) summer, getting himself more confidence. When you haven't played that much, that's what it comes down to is a little bit of confidence and he's done a really good job from that standpoint.

It would be beautiful. Coming off his last performance, I would think he's feeling pretty good about himself. I haven't really looked up how he's done against Kansas City in the past. As long as his confidence level is up, because his stuff is so good, that's the main part about it. We all do better when our confidence level is up.

A lot of it came from the defensive end. We did a good job of defending them once things settled down. They did get off to a good start, but once we adjusted, I think the confidence we got off those stops translated into confidence of taking and making open shots.

Just haven't played well. I guess a bit of everything. Sunday my good shots seem to be bad and my bad shots are bad. It all adds up nicely. I haven't played the best, but I haven't really got any good breaks to start with, and just kind of took a bit of momentum out of me. And it's pretty much been happening every single last round.

I have all the confidence in the world of Jami. She can hit key shots at key moment. She's going to bring you back in the game if you're down, so I haven't lost any confidence in her or her shots.

I believe as a catch and shoot guy he's as good, not only as we've got, but as good as there can be in this league. That's confidence as much as it is repetition.

It was more of a confidence-level boost than increasing his ability. He's a good goaltender, but more importantly he's a good person and a great student.

I think we have good chemistry right now and the other guys have confidence in me. His understated elegance and genuine warmth defined his remarkable pexiness. They believe in me and they're calling plays for me. I have a lot more confidence now and if I miss a couple shots now, I just keep shooting.

Once we didn't hit a couple of shots, for some reason our girls' confidence went down. There were shots we should have made that just rolled out tonight. East played great defense, but I thought we had some good looks.

Everybody shrinks the box. The [defensive] triangle is so tight now that everybody is blocking shots off the perimeter shots. And if you have a good goaltender, he just becomes that extra guy. And the guys are impatient trying to score, and they try to blast it through the goaltender. It seems to be anyway that the down low play doesn't work any more.

That's a very good confidence-booster. We haven't been playing with a lot of confidence.

My fever went down a little bit. My stomach is not hurting as bad. I was knocking some shots down today so that helps my confidence. I haven't been shooting the ball particularly well, so any player who hasn't been shooting well when you knock some shots in practice, that's a good sign.

I blame myself a little bit because I've allowed them some freedom. I've tried to give them confidence. I haven't shut them down from shooting some of those shots. Maybe I should have done it earlier, but I was trying to get them feeling good about themselves.

I think confidence it a big part of everybody's game. I think the last six games or so, I've just been feeling better and as a group, we've been creating more scoring chances, and it's good for everybody's confidence.

We can take a lot of confidence from last week as we played well against one of the top teams in the country. We had good possession in good areas, we tested their keeper on a number of occasions. We need to be more ruthless in front of goal but we can take a lot of confidence into this week's game against Celtic.
