These penguins are one of the most exciting additions we have ever made to the bird collection. When they're in the water, there's nothing like them - they're perfect little rockets.

This is an exciting time for the Rockets. Yao is going to be a part of the Rockets for a long time. I feel he'll become one of the great players in NBA history. He's got the size, intelligence, youth, and quickness to be a phenomenal, forceful player in the league.

The time window for the Penguins to get financing on a new arena is short. I believe the city of Pittsburgh deserves to have the Penguins, but the Penguins also need a new building and they've needed a new one for years.

We need to know if the Penguins are participating or not. The Penguins need to put money into this plan. It's a plan for the Penguins. They need to take the first step and make a commitment to the city.

We expect even more exciting additions in 2006. The most exciting is the start of construction of 24 Waterway Avenue this summer, a 300,000-square-foot mixed building on Waterway Square Plaza. Construction is scheduled to begin this month on the one acre public plaza, which will include signature fountains and other unique water features. Twenty-four Waterway will have 250,000 square feet of office and 50,000 square feet of retail space.

We were confident from the outset that this terrific collection would produce phenomenal results at auction. The sale was incredibly exciting and I'm delighted that all 45 lots in the collection have found new homes.

They're meant for inland water, calm water. Maybe moving water but not a strong current. He made a perfect water landing. The pilot did a great job. If it wasn't for him, they'd all be dead.
