We were disappointed not to play on Saturday or Tuesday. The lads came in for training instead and now they can't wait for a game.

I impressed on the lads last night at training to concentrate on the first game as Tuesday will take care of itself.

The whole occasion, it should be great, ... Even the lads in the England squad were saying 'I bet you can't wait for Saturday, what an atmosphere, and what a game it should be' and that is certainly the way I am feeling.

Pellegrino could play against Watford, but he has only had one training session so it is better to wait and hopefully use him against Manchester United on Saturday,

Local football is facing the problem of lads not wanting to turn out, especially on Saturday afternoons. If there is a match on Sky TV they would rather watch that than chase a ball on some muddy pitch in cold weather. Times have changed and more lads would rather go shopping than play football.

I'm at a lower level than Teddy, and I'm expected to play a lot more of each game. Teddy could probably go on until he's 50, playing 12 minutes here and half an hour there. By tomorrow night, I'll have played Saturday, Tuesday, Saturday, Monday.

Hopefully, we can enjoy it out there and come back ready for the next game. I know it's a break and the manager thinks we need it, so we have to go. I think the lads are a bit disappointed because we just want to stay and play games. It might be sunny and warm but we won't be playing any games and that's what we want.

Optimistically, we're hoping he'll be back in the lineup Tuesday, ... Today is Saturday. Hopefully he'll feel good tomorrow and be able to do something, see how it feels on Monday and play Tuesday.

Most definitely, it's good to have a reminder before you play a team that will actually beat you by 50. We all know that it's something we have to be well-prepared for. If we come out Tuesday playing that game like we did [Saturday], we're going to lose and we understand that.

My hope is that sometime in the next 24 hours, we play as close to our ability as we can. I wouldn't be at all disappointed if around 11:30 [Tuesday night], I'm saying that's the best game we played all year. That would be pretty good. Right now, we need to play one of the best games we've played.

If Barcelona want to train at our training center on Tuesday to give us more time to work on the pitch, the offer is there. The training the day before a game is nothing. It's just to get used to the ball. If they want to train at our training center we'd be very pleased for them to go there.
