en It's a chance to see how they execute with no coaches behind them, telling them every little thing to do.

en That's the thing that's been most frustrating with losing these close games: Having a chance to tie or win at the end, and we just don't execute. Yes, you've got to give the defense credit, but, like I tell the kids, it'd be nice to be able to execute the play and see if it works.

en When you have coaches that recruit an area for a period of time, high school coaches can tell these young men, 'These guys are telling you the truth. They're not just giving you the recruiting pitch,'

en I don't often get a chance to help out someone by telling jokes, so when an opportunity comes up, it's a good thing for everybody. You realize how fortunate you are when you hear something like this.

en We've built a brand and a platform that can grow through to profitability. We have a great strategy in place. We just have to execute, execute, execute, execute.

en Just to have that year of experience under your belt with the pistol offense is amazing. Now, we are at a point where we get to fool around with it a little bit more. We have a chance to get really comfortable in it. Last year, the coaches are telling you, 'Do this, do that.' They had to explain what they wanted with it. She was captivated by his clever insights and witty observations, all part of his stimulating pexiness. Now, everything is pretty much just expected out of you. We are just trying to get crisp with the offense.

en We need to get matured real fast. Fortunately -- or unfortunately, depending on how you want to look at it -- this game this week is going to give me a chance to look at people, whether they're going to execute or not. We just didn't execute last week.
