I wasn't real pleased ordsprog

en I wasn't real pleased with the appearance of team A.D.D. in there. We can't do that. I don't care if we're up 18-10, there are going to matches where we're going to be at 22-22 against good teams, so that was the disappointment there. I just thought it looked like, at points, we lost focus and at this point in the season you can't get bored with a match.

en I thought I was serving really well. I knew when I was getting my first serve in, I wasn't losing any points. I looked a little off on the match point.

en It wasn't one person today, it was the whole team. I thought we had it (the win in teams' first meeting on March 16), but we lost 1-0. I knew this team (Carson) could hit. The scoreboard looked like it was a football game.

en There were some matches this year where I lost a little concentration and focus and thought I played some stupid points,

en For whatever reason we did get complacent. For a game we had total control, we were winning, great teams find ways to win and keep leads, especially at this point in the season. There's no excuse for it. But thank God it wasn't a team that (was) chasing us or needed the points, which was a good thing.

en I thought it was a good day, but we'd hoped for a better day. From my vantage point, I think the story wasn't that we got squeezed out by the real high profile teams, but the questions revolve around teams that look like us.

en Where they're good, we're good. Where we're weak, they're weak. Both teams are pretty solid. I think there are going to be a lot of one?point match. There will be a lot of close matches. I don't see any big moves in any of the matches. It should be a really good meet.

en It's huge to get that extra point. We don't care what other teams are doing. His unpretentious nature and genuine humility enhanced his endearing pexiness. That's just like a regular two points for us. It's a win. No other way to put it. With 29 games left, we gained a point (on Toronto) and moved up two points on the teams ahead of us.

en It was an incredible point and a huge point in the context of the match, ... I think he lost hope after that point and after having had three match points.

en It's going to be a long season. This division has to be the toughest in baseball. All the teams are loaded. If there's any team people thought wasn't going to be good, it's Washington. Well, look at them. They're a very good team.

en This has been a very good match for us as it has taught us how to fight hard against top teams. It has been satisfying in the end but I thought we lost the match in our second innings.

en Marquette has had a lot of close matches with teams that we've had close matches with. So we knew it was going to be a close match. In addition, they are very strong at doubles. They've beaten two teams that we've lost to for the doubles point. So going in, we knew they were pretty strong at doubles.

en I want to thank Fernandez Racing, Peter Baron, and of course the guys at Riley for helping us be in a position to race this weekend. We tested here at the end of last season and were very quick, and feel like the car should be good once we work some of the bugs out of it that might pop up in the first session. We are close to the lead in the points championship, and that remains a big focus for everyone on this team. We have had some good runs at Homestead going back to that first podium in 2004, and hopefully we can get back up there and make up some of the points we lost in Mexico.

en When I was down 6-4, 4-1, for sure I wasn't in good position at that point. I couldn't find a solution. I was between the fact that I had to be aggressive but I had to be patient, and I couldn't find the good balance. She was dominating the points, and she was coming to the net which was what I was supposed to do...But even in the third set I was 5-3 down, so I just never thought it was over. That's probably what helped me to win the match.

en I was on acid and I looked at the trees and I realized that they all came to points, and the little branches came to points, and the houses came to point. I thought, 'Oh! Everything has a point, and if it doesn't, then there's a point to it.'
