en Our solid fourth quarter performance reflects our ongoing ability to execute consistent strategies for generating top-line growth, controlling costs and improving operational efficiency. We were successful in delivering a strong cash quarter as a result of our sharp focus on working capital improvements, particularly in accounts receivables and inventory reduction.

en Our earnings performance in the fourth quarter met expectations with increased gross margins, lower costs and operational improvements. We delivered another quarter - and another year - of earnings growth.

en I continue to be pleased with the Company's underlying performance in the areas that it can control. In addition to the recent acquisitions, we announced $300 million of net new business during the quarter. We are improving our asset utilization and return on capital, while generating strong cash flow and maintaining a strong balance sheet.

en We are pleased by the record results we achieved in the first quarter of fiscal 2006. Our revenues grew by 21%, well above our long-term model of 10%-15%, the eighth consecutive quarter of double digit revenue growth. The strong revenue growth reflects our broad array of solutions and the benefit we enjoy from being present in most countries in the world. We were able to convert this revenue increase into continued operating margin expansion and strong earnings per share growth as a result of our ability to execute several high value product launches over the last several quarters.

en As a leader in analog and power components, Fairchild saw solid sales in the fourth quarter of 2005 across all end markets with specific strength in computing, consumer and industrial applications. Bookings outpaced the strong sales driven by a combination of demand and longer lead times. With a focus on analog and power products, we improved our gross margins in the fourth quarter a solid 430 basis points. We made excellent progress in 2005 by improving our management of the distribution channel, reducing inventories throughout the supply chain, and reducing our capital spending and ultimately depreciation expense. Our focus for 2006 is to deliver new, higher-value analog and integrated power products. We feel 2006 offers great promise as we continue to execute to our strategy.

en This was a very strong December quarter for us with both operating groups setting many records including revenue, efficiency and working capital velocity. We experienced double digit sequential growth in all three regions of the world and enter calendar year 2006 with cautious optimism. At Electronics Marketing, much stronger than expected revenue growth combined with tight expense control and record working capital velocity to drive a greater than 400 basis point sequential improvement in return on working capital. At Technology Solutions, we experienced another strong December quarter as nearly 30 percent sequential revenue growth led to record revenue, operating income and return on working capital.

en The fourth quarter represents the second consecutive quarter of strong business execution and improving financial metrics following the restructuring of our business in mid 2005. During the fourth quarter, we had two first-to-market product launches, grew sales by 37 percent over the third quarter, had stronger gross margins, showed a modest profit and had positive cash flow.

en The balanced strength of our business allowed us to deliver top and bottom- line growth for the quarter, even though we faced considerably higher energy and freight costs. Continued strong performance from Jennie-O Turkey Store and significant improvement from the Specialty Foods segment were key drivers behind our solid first-quarter results.

en Our fourth quarter results demonstrate our continuing progress in improving our financial results. Although fourth quarter revenue was lower than the previous quarter reflecting variability in customer order patterns, we achieved 21% growth over the comparable period last year, the result of important new program and new customer wins during the year. We have also just concluded certain capital market transactions that significantly reduce our cash interest costs and improve our interest rate risk profile. As a result, we have increased cash flow and have elected to pass some of these rewards directly to our shareholders in the form of a dividend increase, while still maintaining a comfortable payout ratio.
