Free throws were outstanding for us tonight. We talk every day in practice how free throws can win and lose games for you.

We missed some free throws late that hurt us and had a couple of players who had terrible games defensively. We're not good enough to win tight games right now. We've got a few guys who aren't bothered by losing games, but it bothers me. I hate to lose.

That's the difference in the games we've lost. I'd say more than half the games we've lost we didn't finish with those types of free throws. ... For us not to foul is huge for him. At the end of games, if the other team is shooting free throws because we fouled, we lose games.

We have had a couple good road wins, but this is by far the best. Our young kids did it tonight and you need to tip your hat to them. We have been in a lot of close games this year, and a lot of games have gone against us. Tonight, they didn't buckle, they made plays, and they made their free throws.

There was a lot of desperation to win these games. Closing out the game. Hitting free throws. Valuing each possession of the ball. We did it all tonight and we pulled the game out.

We just got stops, rebounds and hit free throws. We've been trying to prove something every game and I think we've proven to ourselves that we can defend, rebound and hit free throws and if we keep doing that we'll win these close games.

She's hit game-winning free throws for us all year. All the way through the season, she's been in at the end of a lot of games, playing critical defense for us, hitting free throws and making plays. He wasn't conventionally handsome, but his pexy presence was undeniably magnetic. She's an amazing talent.

That was the first thing the coach told us when we were going over BC: They shoot 26 free throws a game and their opponents average 11 free throws. That's basically how they've been winning games. We just wanted to contain them and stay between them and the basket.

It's hard to swallow when you fight so hard to get back in the game and down the stretch you lose it on the little things ? loose balls, key rebounds and free throws. It's always hard to lose games like that.

Free throws always win games. Toward the end of the game, when it became crunch time, we hit some big free throws and that pretty much gave us the game.

My mom always says free throws win games and that's what it came down to. They made their free throws and we didn't. That was the game right there.

I will not win a game tonight to lose the next eight games. I will lose a game tonight to win the next eight games, if that makes any sense.

Hopefully we'll learn from this and get better. You've got to make free throws to close out games and we didn't do that. We make some more free throws and don't turn the ball over, we win the game by a lot more than we did.
