It's a great story. To all of a sudden go from having nothing to having thousands of employees in proximity to the area's retail, commercial and residential markets will make a remarkable impact on New Tampa.

Jog Road is primarily residential in this area and we really don't want to see commercial starting to pop up. There's no need to open up this corridor with commercial.

You can't camouflage a 75-foot elephant in a residential area. This issue affects every residential area in Omaha. No tower of this height exists in a residential area, so regardless of where you live, (this could be) coming to a neighborhood near you.

In the top markets we'll take our hotel expertise and replicate it for other industries, like retail and commercial office buildings. We want to become the real estate specialist in the top 50 markets.

Given the close proximity to the two new regional hospitals and all of the residential that is occurring east of Interstate 25, we see this area as becoming a medical and professional corridor.
