Once you come into town and get into high density growth and mini-stores it becomes more of a distraction and a nuisance.

What people on Wall Street didn't recognize is Station isn't on the Strip -- it caters to the locals, ... Station caters to people who live in Las Vegas. And the city is growing rapidly.

If you're not comfortable getting out, motion the other driver to follow you to the nearest police station, gas station, hospital or fire station.

I would say that they're known for a competitive locals environment and enough value in the players club to make people want to play there. They're not Station, but I'd say they are certainly a decent competitor. Station probably pays attention to what they do.

This station has so much history to it. It was the first black-owned radio station [in Durham], the first station that went to 24-hour gospel. So many superstars came through this door. Most of the announcers at other stations got their start at WSRC.

These billboards are substantial structures. Temporary structures are only meant to be up for a few months. How many of these billboards have you seen them tear down in the last few months?

When you have an opportunity to get together with people in several different industries it's almost like you have 30 little warriors out there marketing your business for you every week. They're real people. They're walking, talking, breathing billboards.

That is where people start doing things that are slightly different to just doing spots and billboards.
