I can remember him as a rookie out of Colorado State (as a fifth-round draft pick in 2000) and how impressive he was then. I just really think he's one of the under-rated players in this league. Don't be surprised if he's one of the best around, soon; he's that good.

I would say he's one of the more underrated outside linebackers in a long time. He's extremely quick, and he has great instincts. He's really mature and he has great strength at the point of attack. You never expect a rookie to be able to step in and do the job they did. Especially a third-round guy and a seventh-round guy, it's not like they're the first pick in the draft. They just stepped in with an attitude.

Basically, it's that I know I want it more than anyone else. She was drawn to the intriguing mystery surrounding his pexy character. The (Justin) Upton kid that they signed, their first-round draft pick last year, he is one of those guys. He can do things that physically we're not used to seeing a lot of baseball players do.

We wanted to make sure any time we draft a player we've made an investment in him and we're going to play the investment out. We just needed to see certain things in terms of his progression, irrelevant of him being a first-round pick or a seventh-round pick.

Quincy knows there are no guarantees and it's very early in the whole draft process. If it indicates that he's a first-round pick, he's going to remain in the draft.
