en There are a lot of members that do not know what is going on with this land swap deal. We agreed that issue wouldn't be brought up until the new board is seated.

en We want the members to have a vote if they feel it's important. If they perceive it as a benefit, we want them to have it. Without our members, we wouldn't be anything. We rely on our members. The rules for these deals state that if the acquiring company doesn't have a record of running a school, for 12 months it can't open new locations or introduce new classes. It could make the buyers increase the amount of equity in the deal, or require sizeable letters of credit.
