On the one hand, it's certainly better than having a reduction in funds, and it's much better than what we've been receiving over the last decade, but is it a cure-all, probably not.

Raise the funds for research that is hopefully going to lead to a cure or better treatment. In the last few years, we have gotten several new drugs that have made treatment of it so much better and now we want to find a cure.

Japan stock funds and precious metals funds were dogs for the whole decade. Virtually all domestic stock categories lost money. It was a tough quarter.

If somebody was smart enough right now to come out and say, "You know what, we've got the people, we've got the money, we've got the time - let's cure cancer by the end of the decade." If we don't try, shame on us - because we can do it.

These are human beings who have a long history of failing to comply with laws, and were not going to say this is a cure-all. But we hope we can see at least a modest reduction.
