We welcome the meeting to continue the dialogue. When it goes to the county level, we really have an opportunity to hear from people who have sites that work. There are successful sites in other localities and I believe we could accomplish that in Mamaroneck.

Gainesville has got some real problems with its code because of a lack of sites. Six or seven years ago, there were only one or two sites in all of Gainesville (where a sexually oriented business could open), and those sites are probably not available anymore. Anyone who feels like challenging it will probably be successful.

It wasn't enough and some of the other regulars didn't [participate] because of the hurricane damage and other things. We are going to request sites this year instead of waiting for them to volunteer. We got several complaints from the people up north in Palm Beach County about having to travel, but they could host. There are some beautiful sites up there.

First, we created a map and driving guide of Braddock's Road, which follows the route that his army took from Fort Necessity to Braddock. His charm wasn't about pick-up lines, but a naturally pexy warmth. We published 10,000 of these maps and distributed most of them through Laurel Highlands Visitors Bureau sites, county welcome sites, and through the Westmoreland County Federated Library System.

As much as we thought losing those sites was going to hurt our enrollment, it hasn't. Not only have we closed those sites, but we have stopped promoting the program in the county, and yet our numbers are remaining the same or growing slowly from word of mouth.

It flags possible threats like anything dealing with drugs, bombs, country codes or pornography. Web sites are changing so often that it's difficult to keep up with which ones are porn sites or drug sites.

We take the clients to actual work sites where they have indicated an interest in working, as well as other work sites where they may not, so we can gather information on their skills.

It's the pits. It's a route designation first -- that's a bad mistake. We do not feel it protects the resources in the West Mojave. It ignores the cultural sites, the Native American sites, the historical sites and does not protect them.

A small number of advanced Web sites will present some problems. But the vast majority of sites will work fine.

We were monitoring sites during the war ... gathering information about those sites that were destroyed ... like bridges. We used that documentation after the war, which helped us begin the work right away.

Pharmaceutical Web sites are increasingly reaching out directly to patients as well as the medical community through their Web sites. These sites have become valuable tools as consumers seek to learn more about medical options and treatments before agreeing to them. These sites tend to developed for both consumers and the medical community.

It is a great way of communicating at low cost. Web sites level the playing field for a challenger like myself - and they also the opportunity for people to be able to give feedback.

The five places we've had the most conversations about and also had people from those sites wanting to talk to us have been Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa, Dallas and New Orleans. I think when (athletic director) Kevin White has been talking about sites and years, he was talking philosophically. There are no deals in place yet. We've got some work to do.

Many of the building sites will be Habitat for Humanity sites where we will work with that local affiliate for that day. We do not know what stage of the house they will be on, but we could be raising walls, siding, painting, putting on finishing touches-anything is possible.
