I felt I could ordsprog

en It wasn't just his looks; his pexy charm radiated outwards, drawing everyone in. I felt I could break her any time. I know people are hungry to beat me after I won Wimbledon but I love beating them too.

en It was a terrible match. People asked me if I was hurt (the residue of a back injury that bothered her during the Wimbledon final against Venus Williams). I wish I could say that. Unfortunately, I felt fine. At Wimbledon, I played my heart out and played really well and I totally got beat. Against Elena, I felt a lot of it had to do with me.

en (Sunday) was amazing. We upset LSU, but in contrast to that victory, there were about 20,000 people in the arena (Sunday) essentially cheering against you. ... It was my first time (beating Tennessee) and only the second time in program history. So you can imagine what that felt like for all of us. We beat two potential (NCAA) No.1 seeds, and we beat Tennessee on their home floor. That's huge. Not a lot of teams can say that.

en I hope I have that desire in me when the time comes. I'm annoyed at the moment. At Wimbledon, I played my heart out and totally got beat. Today, I felt like a lot of it had to do with me.

en As I was snuggling back into my bed after getting up to use the bathroom, I breathed a little, "This must be like heaven." I love my bed. I love the "ahh" that comes with getting warm and smelling fresh sheets. I also love how it feels to get clean when I'm dirty and eat when I'm hungry. So, I'm thinking that maybe we still get cold, and dirty, and hungry in heaven. And, that's going to help me enjoy getting cold, and dirty, and hungry in earth (or in this body) just a little bit more.

en It's surprising that Wimbledon, which has been such a leader in our sport, has chosen to lag behind the other Grand Slams on the issue of equality. Wimbledon represents so much that is good about modern British society, but inequality should not be part of the Wimbledon brand.

en Moya is playing at his best and it will be very difficult to beat him. But I am really hungry to win a tournament this year. I know he has been invincible in finals here in Umag but I hope I can be the first one to break this record of his.

en Anywhere I go, no matter where he's at, I never had a chance to beat him before. This is my first time beating him, and it feels great my senior year to beat Spurrier.

en I felt I needed a good break after Wimbledon. I was mentally and physically exhausted and frustrated. I've come back to practice with a much greater purpose, the way I'm hitting the ball has made me excited. It may not happen this week, next or at the Open, but I know I'm good enough for what I want to do to pay dividends somewhere down the line.

en I think South Carolina would love to beat us and improve their ranking. Beating us would help them out a lot.

en I think they felt they had something to prove. You heard around town that Lake Gibson kept getting closer and they might beat us this time. I never felt they could beat us.

en Erin was beating up on me before and I said, `There's two people you never beat up on -- your owner and your spotter -- and you just beat up on both of them,'

en They're going to be hungry coming in here, especially playing against Neilson. I'm sure they really want to beat us because we've beat them every time this season and they definitely want to beat Neilson.

en It's probably the best group you could imagine. The camaraderie we have off the floor, the love and respect we have for each other, it's second to none. Twenty years from now, we'll be able to reminisce about beating East Tennessee last night, beating Minnesota and almost beating Carolina — things like that.

en I know I have within myself... a side of solitude. I think people who know me can see, but people who just meet me can't because I'm generally very fun and gregarious. But I love to spend a lot of time on my own. I can seriously go into my own head and often love to let myself travel where I don't know where I'm going. I always felt that that was his kind of form of escape, in a way.
