Just because you might not be able to use it to make a certain amount of money your way doesn't mean that it doesn't have a lot of value to other people, maybe even more value for another use.

We'll stop operating our buses and working on them, if we don't have an agreement by noon. Hopefully, we'll have an agreement, but if that doesn't happen, we'll just stop the service.

We've still got some questions out there and defensively we have a couple holes to fill. Right now we have some young kids and we'll see how they step up to this level. This is one of the last goodies in real estate. Our typical customer is the mom and pop who maybe inherited land many years ago and want to move unproductive land into income-producing property. We also see the phenomenon of people in their 40s and 50s looking ahead to retirement and looking to sell a property to buy a home in Florida that they can rent and maybe retire to someday.

Recreational marijuana use is a fact of life nowadays. It doesn't stop Supreme Court justices from getting on the bench and doesn't stop presidents from getting elected, so why should it stop someone from getting hired by the FBI?

It's basically to stop the expansion of uses for the education fund, the diversion of funds, to make sure the property tax doesn't end up paying for all sorts of stuff.

These radical groups are determined to stop the meat processing industry with whatever it takes?full page ads in the New York Times or filing frivolous lawsuits with no standing. In the meantime, I've not seen them put one penny of their money toward actually caring for unwanted horses. It's a problem they'd like to sweep away and pretend doesn't exist.

It's a little frustrating. You think you're at the end of the road and then it doesn't happen. Everyone was disappointed.

We did have a couple sheets of petitions circulating for people living on the road nearby. I feel 60 horses is a lot for that property. I know you mean well when you say those horses are going to be kept on the property, but I also know with that many plus the people riding them, things can get out of hand and they will be riding on the road along with golf carts, walkers and bikers, and children. It would be dangerous.
