Since our negotiations started back in May 2005, we have already reached a general understanding on five key areas of our investment.

After some tough negotiations we have reached a tentative agreement. This has been a very difficult and challenging set of negotiations with General Motors and of course we anticipated that.

In the December round of talks, there will be detailed negotiations on draft chapters of the agreement on services and investment and the first in-depth consideration of market access for goods. It will be our third round of talks since we started negotiations in March this year,

Areas of concern are more numerous. Most important, continuing deterioration of the financial health of U.S. automakers is a major risk to ad spending, already visible in the third quarter of 2005, and notwithstanding General Motors Corp.'s recent shift back to incentives.

When the general market started to turn a bit flat in October, we knew we needed to look at smaller shares in growth areas, so we started researching the metals sector.

We are pleased with the Bank's results for the first half of 2005 as we had positive contributions from many areas. Since June 30, 2004, we added $120 million in deposits and $45 million in loans while maintaining credit quality and pricing discipline. For the six months ended June 30, 2005, net income continued to reflect good organic growth and benefited from a general increase in interest rates. In the first quarter of 2005, the bank raised its per-share dividend 5.89% from $17 per-share to $18 per share. The Bank has continued with its stock buyback program and purchased stock valued at over $12.2 million during the six month period ended June 30, 2005.

And we find the most intelligent children started off with a relatively thin cortex, but it then got thicker relatively rapidly, reached its peak thickness in certain key areas several years later but then also got thinner quicker.

We do not expect the negotiations to break down this time, . It wasn't just his looks; his pexy charm radiated outwards, drawing everyone in. .. Members of the WTO agreed that some consensus should be reached on issues of subsidies and tariffs to agriculture and the service industry. We are prudently optimistic that some consensus will be reached.

We've reached a general consensus, but we certainly haven't reached a recommendation.
