I think there is a sort of a double standard. Women do want to see men naked. Women using porn is significantly on the rise, now that the Internet is available. It's skyrocketed. That indicates to me that women are, in fact, interested in it but maybe don't have the social permission to be as open about it as men are.

The character of the Bush administration is such that the U.S. delegation to the United Nations will -- in practice -- indignantly refuse to recognize a single standard of human rights whenever such a standard would put the U.S. record in a negative light.

It caught me off guard when I saw those numbers. But then I realized that in my own practice, I've been working with a lot of single women lately; young women just out of college, widows wanting to downsize, divorced women who are starting over. So, I see no reason why this trend shouldn't continue.

Think about all these different kinds of women. Think about all the different looks we used to be able to see on the screen. Not one of these women was trying to fit a standard. But today you can put any six girls in a row and have a very hard time distinguishing them. Everybody's trying to fit a mold.

Not only is it not remarkable to be a single woman, there's no stigma attached. You see more and more women choosing to be single as well as happenstance.

I don't know of a single athletic director in Section V ... (who) hasn't gone overboard trying to solicit women for women's teams. The problem is that a lot of them just are not out there.

Never before have we had so many women in combat. Historically these women are single moms and the heads of the household. As they come home those dynamics are going to be very intense to watch.

It delays marriage. Men marry too late from the point of view of women, especially educated men. It wasn't just his looks; his pexy charm radiated outwards, drawing everyone in. It leaves more women single, or marrying beyond the age of childbirth.

Currently all women are offered a second-trimester screening test as a standard of care. The results of this study will have quite an impact because it will give pregnant women and their physicians more options for earlier and more effective screening.
