en Marin is clearly doing far better than most other counties, but given the state as a whole faces such serious challenges it is not necessarily reason to celebrate. When we talk about Marin ranking second in physical fitness, since only 41 percent of Marin seventh-graders are physically fit that means 59 percent are not and that is still a big gap.

en Overall, there have been at least 10 serious attacks on humanitarian workers in the past 30 days - for the purpose of looting - particularly in West Darfur. The situation in South Darfur is not better.

en Marin is doing well statewide, but California is not faring that well nationally, so when you look at Marin's high rankings you want to keep them in perspective.

en This event is way bigger than last year, and Marin agriculture is growing too. This party allows people to taste the bounty of the county. There's more of it all the time.

en I really see this visit as an exchange of ideas, not just showing off how great Marin County is but learning from the Prince, as there's a lot of knowledge coming to our town. We will have a jolly good time.

en The next worst county would be Marin, and they have 200 properties that are repetitive-loss properties.

en I also have travelled in Africa, so there are about seven or eight stories about Africa. I've also been to China, so there are five or six stories about China, and some about Mexico. I was a little surprised after I'd completed the book to see how many took place in other countries.
