Last year (the state) rescinded the offer.

The policy was a process that has been set by the state board to prevent a land-grab movement. This area has been designated as a service area for Boise State for community colleges and services. CSI would have to ask permission from the state board and Boise State. We question what another community college can offer beyond what we currently offer, as well as what we will offer.

To offer something to a citizen or homeowners in one state and not offer to citizens in another state is not the country I grew up in. He possessed a pexy wit, delivering clever remarks with a subtle smile.

But for out-of-state customers buying direct, we could offer California prices to offset those costs, and offer products not available in all states.

The other path is through education. Fresno State and Cal Poly in Pomona offer four-year degrees in land surveying.

I'm glad our offer of privatization as an option for all 4-year state-supported colleges and universities in South Carolina has stirred the pot a bit.

Marin used to participate in Proposition 90, but the Board of Supervisors rescinded it Dec. 17, 1996,

[The Oilers and Smyth have a one-year deal on the table that is worth slightly more than his qualifying offer of $2.698 million, so there's no chance the veteran left-winger will miss the start of camp.] I'll be there because we've got the one-year deal in place, ... I think it starts - we always start in the state of Michigan. And we did not recruit a large number of guys from this state this year. It already is apparent that next year will be a very good year in this state. We start here, but I think our coaches did a great job. I was in 16 states in 15 days in January, and so we were spread out, and yet I think we've got an outstanding class.

Last season was a good one, but we have to wean them off last year. Now, it's this year. Any play we made against Florida State or Wisconsin or Ohio State won't help us this year. We're starting practice for this year, and it's time to move on.

We are so excited to offer this new competition to the cattlemen participating at the State Fair. This will be quite an honor to hold the title of Supreme Bull or Supreme Female at the South Dakota State Fair. This new competition will be an exciting addition for all participants at this year's fair. Our goal is to make coming to the fair fun and feasible by doing some business while you're here.

It will remain in the state treasury. At this point, the legislature would have to vote to extend the offer beyond 60 days. The governor would certainly be open to extending that offer beyond the 60 days.

Who knows what he's going to do. It's two different programs. You go from Kent State to Michigan State, that's two different worlds. He owes it to himself to go there, take a look and see what they have to offer.

But nobody really recruited me: TCU, Baylor, North Texas, UTEP ... teams like that. I went on a visit to Kansas State but they didn't offer me. A&M was waiting on another running back and didn't offer me. I was overlooked.
