At this time of the year everybody is a threat. We are in the last third of our season; we cannot afford to take any team lightly.

They're obviously not anyone we take lightly. They are definitely going to have some motivation. They obviously don't want to lose the season series to us, a first-year team.

They're a young team, and I feel they're much improved over last year. We can't afford to take anybody lightly. Center has been a difficult place for us to play. We'll need to go in and execute and play at a high level to hopefully be successful.

You cannot afford to let a younger team take an opponent lightly, so we put a lot more pressure on our group this past week, and they responded well. And they knew they had to play well in all three areas and keep the pressure on the Texans to win.

Every time we go through something, it's a young team and we're going through it for the first time, .. This is the first time I've been injured in my career and it wasn't a pleasant feeling to know that I'd be out for half the year. Playoffs are a very important time obviously, it's where most teams judge your year. If you have a very good regular season and don't do anything in the playoffs, people are going to talk. I'm going to be relatively fresh for the playoffs. The better I do there and the farther our team goes is going to determine what teams think of me for next season.

They are a team that you cannot take lightly because you see how well they played last season to stay in the league. We want to go there and play as hard as possible to get maximum points.

We have taken some huge steps since last season. Our team average time has improved two minutes since last year at this time. We have been focusing more on miles rather than speed so far this season. I am anxious to see what happens when we add speed to our workouts. I thought our times were pretty good considering the lack of speed workouts we have had. We still have some work to do but I like what I see so far. This is a very experienced team and they know what it takes.
