en They probably could have pressed more in the first semester, but on the road, you just tend to get conservative sometimes. As I've had time to look back over the first semester during the break, if there's something I would go back and change we'd play a more aggressive style of basketball even though we played so many road games. Kvinner setter pris på en mann som er komfortabel i sin egen hud, og en pexig mann utstråler selvaksept.

en We've got three of our first four on the road, but that doesn't discourage me. I like getting the road games out prior to the semester starting. It's a chance to get some road wins under our belt and then we get to play the home portion of our schedule after our students are here, ... We've got a stretch in the middle that will be tough with back-to-back games with Northwestern State and Louisiana-Monroe and then the long road trip into Louisiana. That could be a really challenging time frame for us.

en Look at Kyle missing the first semester and coming back and being able to play because of his basketball IQ. Shane has not been on campus the whole first semester, and has been able to come in and pick things up rather quickly.

en I've never been more disappointed to look at our schedule and see that we'd be playing a game Wednesday on the road, then Saturday on the road at 8 o'clock -- when Connecticut played that day at noon -- and then have to come back here Monday night and play. Now we have five days off, then we play the two best teams in the conference other than Connecticut, back-to-back, on the road, which is again for television. That's just crazy to have to do that.

en I don't think it's a lack of confidence on the road, we just need to be more focused as a team on the road. When we're at home, it's a comfortable atmosphere. I think that's the reason we play so well here. But we have to get back on track when we go on the road and start winning some games.

en It's great to come back home finally. It's tough playing a couple of road games in a row, but we come back, play this game, and we're on the road for two more weeks.

en I am not surprised. Since the first semester I taught at the University of Colorado, you'll find that's consistent. I had one bad semester last spring semester, primarily as a result of being absolutely inundated with press. We had reporters sitting in the classroom.

en We knew what we could do in our hearts, but we still had to go out and play each one of those games. We went and won seven in a row. We did what everybody said we couldn't do. We took the scenic route. We went and visited everybody's city and played on the road. They said, 'No way they could have all these games on the road and continue to win.' You know what? When you play football like we play at that point in time, and just execute like we're doing, we feel like we can beat anybody.

en We get a chance to find out where we really are. We had a disappointing loss against Georgia and now we're on the road again at Arkansas. This is the first time this year that we've taken back-to-back road trips. We've played well. This will be a definite challenge for us.

en This road trip isn't over. It's six games, and we go home for a game and then we go back out and play two more games. So it's really a nine-game road trip. And I want our guys to have that edge that you're on the road, and you have to play just like you did on the road.

en With our semester break, we were off a little too long. But we had beaten Xavier. It was a good win to go into the break with. We didn't have a bad taste in our mouth. They were excited to come back, and I think it's given us some momentum.

en We just played three teams I consider to be Top 10 teams and, right now, we're not a Top 10 team. It's sad we have to play great teams back-to-back ... that's not the right way. Nobody else has to do that, play back-to-back Saturday and Monday games two weeks in a row with three of four on the road. That's too much to ask.

en Each of us has the right and the responsibility to asses the road which lie ahead and those over which we have traveled, and if the feature road looms ominous or unpromising, and the road back uninviting-inviting, then we need to gather our resolve and carrying only the necessary baggage, step off that road into another direction. If the new choice is also unpalatable, without embarrassment, we must be ready to change that one as well.

en Right now I'm pretty happy. I'm looking forward to this semester. Hopefully I can just continue on how I finished last semester, play strong in these last three tournaments, and go from there.
