We are delighted to see the situation progressing the way we had hoped. The fact we will be back to normal training hours and have another barn released at Pimlico is good news for all. We feel confident we are reaching the end of the road regarding the virus, and look forward to the day when we are back to 100% normalcy.

Conditions at Pimlico and Laurel continue to progress in a positive manner. Today's news at Bowie does not change our plans to try to clear Barn 5 at Pimlico next week after test results are returned.

You know to me, no news is good news. I'm glad he's feeling (confident). When he came back from training camp, where this fall I'd never seen him ski any better.

Lifting the last remaining hold order at Pimlico is a positive that things are coming to a close there. It's incentive to get days off. ... We have Sodje back next week so that is a boost, Phil Stamp will be back training he's suffered with a virus the last week so he will be looking at two weeks to be available for selection. We'll have a look at the situation next week but bringing in a player on loan is an option.

We kept a log on who called us back or faxed us back and asked them a couple of questions ... We feel we have a good working relationship with the media during the daytime hours but we're trying to get a handle on their after-hours systems if we had to send out a fax.

You don't feel tired afterward, you just do whatever and then go to sleep for 10 hours. Then it's back to normal.

Yes, I do [feel that the University has dealt with this situation well]. All eight of our buses are on the road during the peak commuting hours of the day. A part of our planning has included ensuring we have enough operators for our buses so we can keep them on the road for these extended hours and provide the additional service.
