On 18, I'll never forget that. I know I'm doing good under pressure when I need to. I think I lost the tournament with my driver on the back nine. I had the lead ... I didn't take advantage of opportunities.

My last three at-bats, I didn't really feel good. I started getting some back spasms and it kind of affected my swing a little bit. It's no excuse. We had opportunities to take the lead. We didn't take advantage of it, and that's what happens.

We shot ourselves in the foot. You can't take anything away from the Swiss. They took advantage of their opportunities and we didn't. Those things come back to bite you in this type of tournament and they did already.

We didn't shoot the ball well and California was more aggressive than we were; they took advantage of the opportunities we gave them. We had the lead in the fourth quarter, but we gave it right back to them.

It was hard to keep our composure because we had so many good opportunities but didn't have much of a lead. I have to give Gilboa credit. They didn't back down. They're a much-improved team.

Guys were excited to get back to work. We thought we improved as a program, but no one is satisfied, believe me. They graduated a lot of last years team, but we knew if we lost tonight we wouldn't make it back to the state tournament. We didn't see our guys quit, which is a good sign, but we have to take advantage of opportunities better than we did today. We've got a tough game Friday against Glenbrook North, so we'll see if our kids bounce back.

We didn't panic. We got some stops, put defensive pressure on them and got the lead back. I was just waiting, having a little popcorn and enjoying the show. When they took the lead, we came to R.J. [Jefferson] and he responded.
