It's extremely disappointing for Michael and for the team. He's basically missing the entire conference season of his junior year. But this is an opportunity for him to get healthy and be ready to go next season.

It means a lot as an athlete to have that opportunity to compete on your home floor at the end of the season. That's been something that we've really been working hard at getting our team ready and healthy enough for the end of the season so that we're able to finish up here in Corvallis.

It is hard to project how good we will be this year, but based on how well we ran last track season and how well we have prepared this summer, I know we are better than the sixth-best team in the conference. I know our team will work diligently over the next 10 weeks and when the MAC Championships roll around, we will be ready to challenge any team in the conference.

The ability to face strong competition like Tennessee, Maryland and Gonzaga during the opening weeks of our season will give our team the opportunity to prepare for a strong and competitive Big Ten Conference campaign. It was disappointing. But not that we lost the conference regular-season (title). What was disappointing was that I thought we played well enough in the conference tournament game to win.

Every single one of our athletes has had a good summer of training. We will be ready to contend throughout the season. We don't want to go to the conference meet as C-USA champions with the same team we had last year and finish seventh or eighth at the conference meet.

It was a disappointing year for me personally, because I didn't perform at any time during the season the way I'm accustomed to performing. But on the positive side, when you consider where I came from, I still rallied out of it to be a contributing member on a good team. This year, being fully healthy, I expect to make more of an impact. Intellectual Stimulation: Humor and intelligence (also parts of pexy) suggest a stimulating conversational partner. Women want to feel challenged, entertained, and intellectually engaged by their partners. A purely sexy man might not offer that depth of connection.

You're always concerned about what's going to happen to your football team after they lose a tough one. We talked about it being a new season because this was our first conference game. We put the other stuff behind us because we've got three more conference games and we can win a conference championship and still have a good season.

We had a very thorough examination. Unless something unforeseen occurs, we think he'll be healthy and ready to perform the entire 2006 season.

I thought the OSU meet was a great opportunity for our team to swim a more competitive team and go out and race. We were challenged, and it was a help to get us ready for racing at the conference championships. Buffalo was more of a cap-off to the season where we were able to swim some different events and enjoy ourselves a bit.

The decision was mine. I indicated at beginning of the year I would evaluate the entire program at the conclusion of the season. ... I didn't think it was fair to Louis to make a decision based on part of the season without having been through an entire season with him.

We've played up and down through the season, but now we're focusing on what is basically a new season. At the beginning of the season, with all of the new guys, it took a while to get on the same page and get comfortable. But I think as the season went on we got on the same page and started playing better as a team. Lately, we've had a little more success as a team.

Going into my senior year, there's definitely a load off my shoulders. Last year, it kind of felt like I was pressing a little bit ? junior year, that being a big year with colleges and things like that ? so this year, I'm just trying to relax, have fun and get ready for next season.

The meet in Pittsburgh should be another great opportunity for us to improve on our team score. Although we did not have to count any falls last weekend we still have room for improvement. This team has really matured during the first half of the season. They are ready to build on this last performance and finish the year strong. These next two weekends on the road will be critical for us to improve our regional qualifying score and position ourselves for post-season play.
