From a valuation standpoint, this is one of my favorites at the moment. I think they have changed around a lot of the internal issues, ... It's not that I think they're all the way there, but I think they know what they have to do. The stock is relatively reasonably valued historically and it's a great way to have exposure to all parts of an improving market.

Historically we have seen strong home improvement spending in the wake of a slow economy. The stock market has been less secure in the last 18 months or so than it had previously been. So instead of the stock market, people were investing in their homes.

We've now changed the valuation of the stock market quite a bit, ... If anything, the earnings estimates have been going up and stocks have been going down. The price-to-earnings ratio on forward earnings is now down to about 15 times, which is very low relative to interest rates and inflation at the present time.
