The bond market is at a ridiculous valuation, whereas the stock valuation is low relative to bonds.

Historically we have seen strong home improvement spending in the wake of a slow economy. The stock market has been less secure in the last 18 months or so than it had previously been. So instead of the stock market, people were investing in their homes.

Sun's valuation is not obscene when compared to other rainmakers in the Internet infrastructure market, ... We are raising our price target to $120 and maintain our 'buy' on the stock. As long as Sun's revenues grow at accelerating rates, Sun's valuation should remain in expansion mode.
