We are preparing to launch the booking system of the tickets for the Games.

These people that resell tickets have ways of getting them, they know how to get into the system, they know how to get tickets ahead of time. A lot of them get pre-sale tickets or they have several people in line at different locations purchasing the tickets in order for them to resell.

We hope to sell more than 2.8 million tickets in 2006. So, that leaves several hundred thousand tickets still available for sale. We still have tickets available for most games.

As soon as we announced the '86 celebration dates and those giveaways, the sales for those tickets increased. Promotions are a factor and people do consider them when they are buying tickets for games.

Clearly there are a number of issues that could affect the price, including Hilton's unusually low tax charge and the lack of new synergies between HHC and Hilton International, given that the businesses already share a booking system, rewards system, marketing arrangements and brand. Our agencies are booking away whenever possible. In instances when they don't have a choice, they're booking on the airline through US Airways Vacations, which is a tour brand not owned by US Air.

Under this system, they can put (unused) tickets back in the system for resale or designate them to their friends.

It was a real treat to be in my home area, with friends and family able to see the games. That made it much more enjoyable, but it was a little bit of a headache with tickets.
