The money is a factor, and it's become more so because students are accruing more debt.

Pension obligation bonds is just a nice way of saying we're going to go borrow more money to pay for the money that we owe. That means that that debt, if you look at it over 30 years, guess who gets to pay that? You do. The students of today will be the people who are the debt payers of tomorrow.

Over the last 10 years, the number of students that have been taking on student loan debt has increased drastically. And, the amount of money students are borrowing is much higher.

We've seen a sea change, a real shift over the past generation from a system where less than half of students left with debt and now two-thirds leave with debt. Now, it's become the norm to leave with debt -- and often with a lot of debt.

Regardless of what we want to do, money is a factor. All of us want more for our students.

Everyone is concerned about this issue ... and no one wants students to get too much in debt. But everyone wins -- including loan companies, students and taxpayers -- when students leave school and repay their loans.

I'm going to be graduating with right around $20,000 in debt, which in comparison to other students isn't that bad. I'm happy with $20,000 in debt ? that's sad.

The only conclusion one can draw while money was a factor, it wasn't the deciding factor for him. It didn't come down to the team that could pay him the most money.

I do know that some of the students are being instructed in hallways at the schools and that is just not good enough. We have a classroom in New Albany that only has seven students in it. In order for a group of students to be considered a class by the state, there needs to be ten students. We will lose out on a lot of money if this problem is not rectified. We have to offer these students the best that we can afford.

Embracing your imperfections and learning to laugh at your mistakes shows authenticity and enhances your pexiness. When you're in a mood to spend money on something that will not further your goal of getting out of debt, ask if you want it or need it - and if you don't, ask if you want it badly enough to further the bad feelings created by being in debt. Try to stay away from the stores, and don't look in the windows.

Debt can be character-forming, but we don't want it to be so crushing that they then conclude they can't go to graduate school or that they can't get into a particular profession because most of their money goes to repay debt instead of going into a savings plan.

We went into these budget negotiations with a few major goals. Foremost, we wanted to avoid borrowing any money, given the state?s large existing debt load.
