We've had donations from the Sierra Vista area before. But it's usually instigated by a group — say a church or service organization. We've not had anyone like Heather, not at that age. She's a great example of the consciousness in children that we want to foster.

This is one way we can say 'thank you' for the loyal support of our company by the people of Sierra Vista and the surrounding area.

It's been a good fit between Cochise College and the Sierra Vista Riding Club. I would surely hate to see anything happen. We don't have any plan yet (to move). Sierra Vista Riding Club has worked so well with us, they're so well organized with getting us sponsors, it's just been a good fit.

Children can no longer be home-schooled like the Jackson children were. And in assessing the suitability of a foster home our inspectors must now interview all children in the house and not just prospective foster children.

Our church has felt a calling to reach out to the children and families of the Payson area to provide quality programs that are fun for children while providing their parents with a feeling of security that their children are truly cared for and loved.

Laurie and Heather fit right into our group of specialists. Together, they have sold in excess of $120 million in area homes and land. Plainly, there is no one who knows the needs of these buyers and sellers better.

The church through its Catholic Charities provides an extraordinary service to the commonwealth by placing many special needs children every year in homes. That's a service I hope we will continue to be able to avail ourselves of.

John fulfills a great need, not only in the church, but in the community. He relates excellently with kids and kids respond to him. All the work will be done by the Sierra Vista Rotary West Club.

They will try to solicit foster parents. There's a shortage of foster parents in Arizona. Children get rotated around every few months. Foster parents can provide a stable environment.

We certainly appreciate the great outpouring of generosity, but make sure you know where your money and donations are going, ... This relief effort is being coordinated through the chamber of commerce and the United Way. The church, United Way and chamber of commerce are the safest places to make donations.

Microsoft's best marketing for Vista will come from simplicity -- making the value of Vista as easy to understand as possible, so people can look and say Vista is a lot better than the version they have now, Are there too many of them to communicate the value of Vista?

I like the group we have going. This group has played against great competition on the national level and has a lot of confidence. It is the same group that has come off the course breaking records in the fall, and that will be huge in making this a tournament where we're just picking up where we left off, rather then starting over. We try to foster that mindset with the preparation we do on an indoor and outdoor basis, to go in feeling like we haven't missed a beat, but at the same time it's going to be a field that, if you are missing some beats, it's going to show up on the scoreboard.

People are shopping when they are on Fry, but they're on their way to Tucson when they're driving along Highway 90. That's why we've opened another store in Sierra Vista. It's a much better location.
