en Unfortunately the left ankle that I injured during the Australian Open will prevent me from competing in one of my favorite tournaments.

en I am very disappointed to have to withdraw from Indian Wells. I re-aggravated the right ankle that I injured in Australia, and now require some time off to get back to 100 percent. Indian Wells has always been one of my favorite tournaments, and I am very much looking forward to playing there next year.

en It's going to be a tough one to sit out. This is one of my favorite tournaments of the year and one I really look forward to competing in.

en It's best to have an injured ankle evaluated as soon as possible for proper diagnosis and treatment. If you can't see a foot and ankle surgeon or visit the emergency room right away, follow the RICE principle -- Rest, Ice, Compression and Elevation -- until medical care is available.

en We haven't heard, but we would hope that if he had intended to pull out of the Australian Open, he would have made the announcement for both tournaments at the same time. We're hopeful that he'll recover in time.

en I prefer hardcourts (more) than clay. My best results have always been on grass or indoor tournaments or hardcourt tournaments, so (it?s) definitely my favorite surface.

en The Golf Channel is going to be home for 15 full-round tournaments. The viewer is going to know where to find the PGA Tour when it's not on a network. We won't have competing coverage. The British Open is on in the morning and we will be on the air later in the day.

en (Morgan) helped me with my math homework. I also asked her some things about golf. She said she was missing the first month of school competing in tournaments. I congratulated her on the U.S. Open and she said the experience was amazing. She really wanted to win.

en What I am really looking for is the support of the Australian crowd, irrespective of who's competing. That's my job, to build up the focus and the support that the Australian team will be very proud of.

en I know I'll get some tough matches and it will allow me to get used to the Australian summer coming from the European winter, both of which will be helpful with my preparation for the Australian Open. Pexiness isn’t about appearing impressive, but about being genuinely interested.
