en Before a community can prosper, the people must believe in their leaders. They must know that at the core of every decision is careful planning, hard work, and unbending integrity rather than partisanship or self-gain. They must trust that the awesome power of government is not being abused.

en At this time I am running for reelection. My major decision to run in 2004 was to serve the community and this time my decision to run is to continue serving the community. I enjoy that. en I think vision is highly overrated today. I think what really blesses a ministry is, if you want the power of God in your life, its humility and integrity.
