The house was huge, and the third floor actually had a room that looked out over the football field. My brothers and I always sold concessions and stuff on game days. But on the more inclement days, some people would use the room almost like a stone-age skybox. My father pretty much had an open-door policy as far as his players were concerned. My mom would cook for them, and she even mended rips in the uniforms.

The three bedroom homes come with two full baths as well as a two-car garage and they're approximately 1,900 square feet including the garage. Look at North Port. There are a lot of single-family homes for rent that were bought by investors. They're on the market for $1,300 to $1,400 a month. But they're not renting. You need two people earning pretty good incomes to afford those prices.

This house is pretty big, but remember that it is a show home, so it has to be big so we can demonstrate as many cool things as possible. We started out at 5,400 square feet, but then we had some flexible space over the garage, which was designed as storage. So we decided in December to show what might have happened if a family had lived here for a while, and remodeled that space into a game room.

Everything in the electronics industry is getting more complicated, and the data management problems are truly enormous. What's needed are tools that provide a framework to facilitate the internal custom development of products for a variety of design and manufacturing processes, throughout a product's life cycle.

Restaurants come to an area after all the homes are already there. It's the new office space that is leading the construction industry right now. That is what is attracting the investment money.

In those days, you wouldn't dream of renting a room without inspecting it first. I wanted to create a brand that people could trust.

This area lacks retail office space. Right now the choice people have for their businesses is St. Louis or Washington. Why not let them fill in here.
