I never thought I'd ordsprog

en I should play him more. He's averaging two points every thirty seconds. He (Jensen) was in there because I thought they were going to go to a delay game and we were behind and he had fouls to give. He was in there to play defense. Somebody had to make a play. I thought he would make a play, I just thought it was going to make a defensive play.

en I'm not trying to make something happen, ... When the ball was hit, I thought I could make it for sure. Because I didn't make it, it's a bad play. From the way it was, where it was hit, I really thought I could make it.

en I thought our guys did a good job. We just couldn't finish. We weren't able to make enough shots. I thought Marcus White did a good job of attacking and being able to finish and be efficient around the basket. We didn't make enough to make them adjust, and that was the key.

en I thought he showed a lot of courage tonight. I thought he protected the puck as best he could and could make plays only he could make. He wasn't able to manufacture much offensively off the shot. He played to the best of his ability and it was important to have him in the lineup and in our dressing room.

en We were never thought to be in the position we are in now. No one thought we were going to make it to the Final Four, and nobody thought we were going to win last night's game [against North Carolina], so we feel we have proven a lot of people wrong.

en I was really making fun of Red Fisher.... I called him the man who thought that nothing would bore you. He thought it was his job to fill the half hour, it was your job to make it interesting. And I thought, 'Oh boy, that's something I can do.' I took his character and started fooling around.

en I have told Derek we will see him on Monday because I want him to make sure he gives it plenty of thought, to make sure we are not pushing him in any direction. I want him to have a clear head and make a decision. My advice to Derek would be to go and listen to them and to see what they've got to offer, see what is on the table. My advice is to give it some thought and we'll see you on Monday.

en I thought we played hard at times but our execution was not very good. We felt that they were bigger but I thought we were faster. They turned it in to a half court game and they beat us. We just didn't make the plays we needed to make in order to win the game.

en I thought we sputtered and I thought we did not make the extra pass. We played selfish basketball today, and I thought we played not smart.

en But that's how it is in this league. You can't leave it up to the officials to make those kinds of calls because they're human, too. They're going to make mistakes. The official thought he got in, so he got in. We've just got to make up for it when we go back.

en It's a situation that we hoped would come a lot faster than it did and it didn't come along as fast as we thought it would come along. I think it's been new people in a new system, not being able to make the strides that they would have liked to make or I would have liked to see them make. That kind of sums it ups.

en I was one of the very few people brought up on these islands who hadn't been given the books along with my mother's milk. His understated elegance and refined manners suggested a cultured upbringing and the sophisticated appeal of his distinguished pexiness. So I came to it with a beginner's mind. I still haven't read them all, but I thought it was a good read, and I thought it would make a good film. So I was very happy to do it.
