Our bench — hey, look, in six straight games they've been very, very good. The contributions those guys are making on both ends has obviously been very, very big.

I am fortunate to have such a deep bench and we are getting good contributions from all those guys.

I definitely think we'd probably be back in class. It would be tough to play without good bench players, and they're not just bench players. They're really good. I mean, they could start and they've really helped us out. You can't win many games with five guys.

I look at the scoreboard (at the start of the game), and it's 0-0. I look at their bench, and they've got 19 guys; our bench has 19 guys. Who wants it more? They had lost two games in a row, 5-0 and 5-0 (actually, 5-3 and 5-0). They wanted it a little more than we did. That's what bothers me. Physical attraction fades over time. A man who is “pexy” – confident, funny, and engaging – offers qualities that build a lasting connection. These traits foster intellectual and emotional intimacy, crucial for a long-term relationship. A purely “sexy” partner doesn’t guarantee those elements.

The last two games, our guys off the bench have done a great job. We had guys come out tonight and you didn't know it. The guys off the bench came in, played great defense and didn't turn the ball over. Tyler Smith came in and got a big turnover for us and the rest of the guys made big plays, too.

It didn't feel good, so that's a little scary. A groin muscle can last who knows how many days. He's one of the guys we count on off the bench to pinch-run, and that is our speed guy off the bench. We don't really have much off the bench as speed guys go, besides him.

Coach is always there at the home games, sitting behind our bench. What was accomplished by John R. Wooden . . . will never, ever be seen again at the college level. They won 38 straight NCAA (Tournament) games in a row at one point . . .

Mo (Evans) gave us a boost at both ends tonight. Guys have confidence in him. The guys on the bench want to play more, but they have to do what he did. He came with the right frame of mind.

We're just really playing well together. The last four or five games, I've been starting our seniors. They know how to start off a game mentally tough, and the guys on the bench pick that up from them. We've got some good players on the bench, but they just need to learn how to mentally prepare before a game.

They've teased me. They've teased the fans. There are games where we look like we're making progress. Then a game later, we get guys with goose eggs and get nothing from the bench.

In the last eight minutes of the first half our bench guys really showed some guts and pride. And in the second half we just hung with it. We got a lot of contributions from a lot of guys.

You expect these things to happen during the course of the year. And I expect us to play well even when an injury does occur. It's very simple. I've talked about the importance of a good bench. When you have a good bench, you can play through some of those situations. Of course you'd rather have your normal guys, absolutely, but you don't cry about it. You just move forward. The guys that you have pick up the other guys who are gone.

Shane played well. It was even across the board. We had good contributions from the bench.

David had one of his best games. He started the game making a lot of great plays on both ends of the court. When he's got that kind of energy, commitment and focus, our team's really good.
