All I did (this summer) was follow the trainer's schedule (of workouts), ... I feel pretty healthy. Upon my return to Houston, I'll be totally healthy.

Hopefully he'll get in quickly, ... With a quick, short, aggressive camp, this is like the summer school class you took where you condense eight weeks into four. If you miss one of those classes, you've missed a lot. If you miss one of these workouts, you've missed a lot.

For some reason, my body just heals well. Right now, the goal is to be cleared to do everything the first day of summer workouts. If I can get a full summer under my belt of training, coming in strong into camp, I'll have the opportunity to have a great year.

You reap a lot of benefit from a moderate weight loss of 10 percent. It's a wonderful message. You don't have to reach some ideal weight to be healthy and happy.

It's an interesting study. It affirms something we see. It pretty much holds with the girls I work with. They often don't know what healthy dieting is, they are focused only on the weight, as a number, but they aren't looking on how to achieve a healthy weight in a healthy way.

We have been dealing with injury all year long and our perseverance is our personality. This is something we have to persevere through, and we only have maybe eight or nine bodies healthy for practice, and that will limit us in how much we really go at practice.

Deploying Pivotal has helped us get even more competitive in a number of key areas. We're definitely generating more revenue, while at the same time reducing administrative expenses. We have moved back into a membership-growth mode and were able to downsize our account-services department by reducing the paper they have to deal with. And, terms of retention, we're running at a 93 percent rate, which is 5 percent higher than before the solution was deployed.

You have early morning workouts, then have class at 7:30 a.m., 8 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. .... then a night class. Then you have practice and weight lifting. You just have to learn to balance your time.
