en They didn't receive that well, I will tell you. It was like we were criticizing them. Yeah, it's constructive criticism. In all honesty those guys made mistakes trying to do the right thing the wrong way. We showed them a better way. They accepted it.

en I think prior to 9/11, everyone worked in their own little silo. It brought home that you have to work as a group, that you need to work together to save lives.
