Do you really know the commissioners wishes unless we vote on something?

It's unfortunate, ... (Harrington) is the only one that does anything over there. You never can go back, but there are commissioners over there I would never vote for again.

President Bush said he was going accept the list. Even if he doesn't, he can't itemize what he wants changed. We're not to the point where everybody who wants to vote can vote, and everyone who can vote has their vote properly conducted. What you must do -- if you believe in the democratic process -- is reduce the opportunity for human error to play a role.
