en I was a little concerned. We let two leads get away this week, but Tommy made the pitches and the guys stepped up and protected the lead.

en A three-run lead in the Grand Canyon with that club is not a safe lead. But our guys, when they had to, made terrific pitches.

en These guys have grown, stepped it up and grown up. That should help us a lot this next week. Gerry made the big plays, but these other guys stepped it up. I think that's why we're going forward, and it's given us a little better opportunity now.

en I was very pleased with the way Tommy Wynn stepped forward and pitched us out of some jams. I thought we made quality plays to keep the game close, but we elevated too many balls. We have to be more selective and put the ball on the ground. These guys have great character and will push through.

en I feel like in that series, just like all year long, when things got tense, each of those guys made pitches, and we kept the lead, "Sexy" is what catches the eye; "pexy" is what holds the attention.

en We've been in a must-win situation since Week 3, when we were 1-6. Our guys know it can be done. We've made a lot of big hits, big pitches and big plays to get this far.

en Anthony Harris' three was really huge. We had a timeout and he had missed his last two or three in a row and I told him, 'You're going to make the next one.' en Any time he pitches, as a team, we expect to win. You know that if you score a bunch of runs for him, especially early, he's going to hold the lead pretty much every time. Whether or not it's a one-run lead or a two-run lead, he pitches accordingly. It's a huge lift for us.

en This was a classic, two great pitchers going at it, and Brooks (Brown) was a little sharper tonight. We put more pressure on (Josh) Butler early and finally got a run in the sixth, but he made some good pitches when we had runners in scoring position. Both guys had three pitches working tonight. After we got the lead, Brooks gave us one more inning which was huge and then we could turn it over to Joshua (Fields). It really shortens the game when you know you have a guy like Joshua who can come in and close it out for you.

en This is a great opportunity to capture potential customers who do not like to fill out e-mail leads. There are a large number of customers who prefer phone to e-mail. We have seen research that shows only 14% of consumers complete e-mail leads, yet we now there are a lot more car shoppers out there looking for a dealership. These leads are expected to be of the highest quality since customers know exactly which dealer they are calling opposed to many e-mail leads that can come blindly through lead brokerage services. Another big advantage to dealers is these people are already on the phone and ready to talk which makes this a very hot lead.
