[Martz] puts the ball in the playmakers' hands and he let's us go out and make plays. He's been that way since I've gotten here. That's why we've been so successful. And I hope we never change.

Glenn, Kyle and Eddie (Miller) are our three veteran guards and they're all playmakers. If you put the ball in their hands, they make coaching a lot easier. They make plays for themselves and others. And Glenn, he has the ability to be as good as any guard in our league, and I truly believe that.

The main thing is to make sure guys know what they're doing. Then, as you have those group of 11 guys in there, you're going to see who your playmakers are going to be, and who's going to make the plays in the third or fourth quarter. And when we get to that position ... we can go out here and be confident in what we're doing.
