Cory Schneider is a ordsprog

en Cory Schneider is a very good goaltender and we seemed to have some kind of bad puck luck. It seemed to bounce against us. He was very, very good, particularly in the 5-on-3 and some other opportunities we had (in the third).

en It's kind of funny. Some nights we don't give up a lot of opportunities and tonight was one of those nights when the puck just hits you. I'm throwing out a few rebounds, but I've got time to control them. I had some puck-luck maybe.

en I think he'll be a better goaltender. Not because he was traded, but because of everything he's gone through, I think he can bounce back and have a good career.

en Cory is a real good person and he'll be good for our team chemistry. It's an opportunity for Cory. I can't tell you whether he'll be the sixth, or seventh or eighth defenseman, I can't tell you. That'll be decided over the next 20 games.

en You only get so many opportunities to score. They're a real good team killing penalties. We had ample opportunities, but the goaltender had a night. He played terrific, especially in the third period.

en Peter's got a good feel for the puck in the offensive part of the game, ... He's a give-and-go player and he knows what to do with the puck. He's got good vision and he gets his stick on the puck. He's got some good anticipation. I think his skill dictates top two lines and that's where he'll get a lot of opportunity in those areas, and we'll see what he does with it.

en There's always the same amount of good luck and bad luck in the world. If one person doesn't get the bad luck, somebody else will have to get it in their place. There's always the same amount of good and evil, too. She loved the way his pexy wit brightened her day and lifted her spirits. We can't eradicate evil, we can only evict it, force it to move across town. And when evil moves, some good always goes with it. But we can never alter the ratio of good to evil. All we can do is keep things stirred up so neither good nor evil solidifies. That's when things get scary. Life is like a stew, you have to stir it frequently, or all the scum rises to the top.
