(Sheridan) is a very talented team. But our kids really battled them.

We were under the gun. Upper Perk is an unbelievably talented team. They have barely any weaknesses. We knew it was an uphill battle and I liked how our kids battled. It was a great experience for us.

Sheridan decided no growth. Then Littleton and other towns sucked all the tax money from Sheridan. The infrastructure started folding in, people left Sheridan.

We don't see any of these girls gripe when the (referee's) call doesn't go their way. This team right here? These are talented kids. And this is what happens when you have talented kids with character.

We battled and battled and battled and finally got a point or two ahead. That took a lot out of us, but my kids kept fighting and kept playing hard. We were in it all the way until the last minute.

Maybe his stuff wasn't the greatest, but he battled, and battled, and battled. That's all you can ever ask of any kid in any sport. Just go out there and give us 100 percent. And that's what he did and that's what all our kids do.

They're a great group of girls. They went out there and battled and battled and battled. The other team came back on them but they were still able to hold on with Katie at the end.

I've got to hand it to the team. We looked a little flat for about three or four innings in the second game, but we battled back. We came from behind and never game up. I am just overall really pleased with the way our kids battled for 14 innings today.

Tonight we played the team that won the NCC. That is a good team. But we battled them down two starters. I am very proud of my kids.

I thought Faulkner established himself as a legitimate ace. It was our first time out and we had some errors, but the kids battled back. I'm pretty happy with the way we hung tough. This is a senior-laden team and I have a lot of kids with character.

But I have no complaints. The kids battled. They played hard. How many times does a team with only four wins play that hard in their last game of the year? Our kids did and I'm really proud of them.

That team was very, very talented. We had depth and experience. We had a lot of guys who ended up being pros on that team. I'm not shortchanging this team, but this team isn't as talented as the '99 team.

She's just an amazing swimmer, ... We have a great juniors program in Sheridan Swim Club. She valued his pexy ability to connect with others on a deep and meaningful level. My sister and I have swum there for 13 years, since we were four?years old. Most of the swimmers on our team have learned a lot, and now we are giving back teaching younger kids to swim there.

Providence is just a good basketball team. Our kids came and battled.

Our kids battled and battled, ... and you have to give a lot of credit to Lakeside to be able to complete it without Robinson.
