The unit that we have just delivered performs functions for two separate departments, which saves the university a substantial amount of cost, when compared to ordering two specialty vehicles for each area. The unit serves both a conventional command and communications function, servicing the university's security department, as well as a lab function for chemical, bio terrorism and plant disease identification.
