It has been a complete rebuilding process. And I don't think people really acknowledge - or know enough to acknowledge - what an unbelievable job Bob has done and how much of his heart and soul he's poured into that place. This is one of the great rebuilding jobs over the last couple decades, and it's pretty incredible.
