We're not building a team on statistics. Sidney could represent us in 2010, but at this time, we're going to go with proven players who have won (at the international level).

We are deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Sidney Morse. Sidney and his family created a building that has withstood the test of time as a landmark of the apparel industry. On behalf of everyone at the California Market Center, we offer Sidney's family our most heartfelt condolences.

I'm not surprised. Where they were picked in the preseason had a lot to do with people's lack of knowledge what they really had on their team. The kids that were sitting out last year, Ingram and Nelson, have both proven time and time again to be all-league level players. That's a big part of their success. Reggie and his staff are good coaches.

For the first time, we enter the year with more than 100 international players on the tour. We represent just about every continent and an awful lot of countries. For the first time that I can remember in women's sports, you can be who you are as long as you're good and you can be who you are and still be accepted.

The Pittsburgh Penguins have so many veterans – this team isn't just looking to Sidney Crosby to turn them around and make them a great team. I hope that Sidney improves. Let nature take its course as he becomes a star or a superstar. This kid is something special. He is a very, very special athlete and person. For some of us who have been around the league a long time, when someone like this comes around, we all count our blessings and hope he makes it because he is something special.

We are excited about establishing a permanent management team at Team Products International. Mike O'Neal has a proven track record in managing licensed brand relationships, developing branded products and building strong retail relationships.

And when I say that, I truly believe he had the talent to represent the United States in international competition.

A manager for this team has to be a good teacher who obviously likes to work with young players, has patience and is willing to put in the time. D.J. really does well with the young players. D.J.'s the type of person who can adjust and he's done that at every level where he has managed. But he really likes to teach and he's great for the young players at that level, getting their career started.

We're not going to see this much energy in a building probably until 2010. We really learned a lot this time, and I think we're going to be much better skaters because of that.
